At ReferraLoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription
• You are a first-time subscriber to ReferraLoop
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• The service has not functioned as described due to technical issues on our end

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• After the 7-day guarantee period has expired
• For subscription renewals (only applies to first month)
• If you have violated our Terms of Service
• For accounts that have been suspended or terminated for abuse
• If you've received previous refunds from us

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period:

• Email us at support@referraloop.com
• Include your account email and reason for refund request
• We'll process your request within 2-3 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
• After that, you have a 5-day grace period before losing access
• No refund is provided for the remaining days of your billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription anytime

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

• 2-3 business days: For our approval and processing
• 5-10 business days: For funds to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider)
