3. User Accounts

5. Service Availability

6. Subscription and Payment

ReferraLoop is offered on a subscription basis at $9 per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Paddle to charge your payment method.

6.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for a reasonable period or offered alternatives.

6.5 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• A 5-day grace period is provided after the billing period ends
• No refund is issued for the remaining days of the billing period

6.7 Failed Payments

If payment fails, you will have a 5-day grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not received within this period, your account will be suspended.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service
• Lost revenue from referral programs or failed conversions
